Alternate sources for personal information data acquisition
We may have received your personal information from other persons if that person has shared content with you using the Franklin Armory® website or via social media, sent gift certificates and products, or invited you to participate in Franklin Armory® services, social media or forums.
If you are a potential candidate for employment with Franklin Armory® we may have received your personal information from third parties such as recruiters or external websites. Do not track
Franklin Armory® does not track its customers over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third parties that have content embedded on the Franklin Armory® website and social media platforms may set cookies on a user’s browser or app and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited the Franklin Armory® website from a certain IP address. Franklin Armory® and our partners and licensees, may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location and share that information with Franklin Armory®. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Franklin Armory® to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with application providers when you opt into their location services.
The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling
Franklin Armory® does not make any decisions involving the use of algorithms or profiling that significantly affect you.

Your privacy rights
You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing into your Franklin Armory® account page. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access (including a copy) for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Franklin Armory® is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.
When you make a request we will verify your identity and the legitimacy of your request. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Notice to minors
Franklin Armory® is a firearms manufacturer and it is our policy to restrict minors and those who are not of age to purchase or acquire firearms from the use of our website or social media platforms.
We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using Franklin Armory® products and services. Persons under the age of 18, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to create their own Franklin Armory® accounts. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 18, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that Franklin Armory® delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either calling us at 775-783-4313 or by submitting a digital request through email at info@franklinarmory.com.
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of a verifiable request within 10 days and provide information about how the request will be processed. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will respond to a verifiable request in the same format in which the original request was made.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not do any of the following based upon your decision to exercise your rights under the CCPA:
- Deny you goods or services;
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Franklin Armory® complies with all applicable state and federal laws and reserves the right to deny or modify any goods, services, or prices in compliance with state and federal law.
