Warranty Repair of Franklin Armory® Products:
Franklin Armory® will provide service for defects in materials or workmanship at no charge to the purchaser for a period of one year from the date of sale of any Franklin Armory® product. Be sure to retain your sales receipt in order to demonstrate the proof of purchase date.
If a product fails after the initial one year period, please contact us. If there are no signs of abuse or misuse, we may, at our discretion, provide repair at a discounted rate.
Franklin Armory® will accept returns of products sold through this website for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in an unused and unopened condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a product has been shipped.
"Firearms purchased directly through our website (and transferred through a local federal firearms licensee) may only be returned in new condition and must have a valid RMA# written on the exterior of the box. A shipment that does not have a valid RMA# may be refused at time of delivery. In addition, the consumer must provide a legible copy of their state or federally issued identification with the shipment in order for us to properly log the firearm back into our inventory. Alternatively, a consumer may elect to have the transferring FFL return the firearm, however, an RMA# will still be required. Any deviation from these requirements will be grounds for non-acceptance of the shipment."
To best serve our customers, we will accept returns of defective merchandise for up to 90 days from the date of sale. Customers will be able to ship the defective products back for replacement or refund. If the product was not manufactured by Franklin Armory and it has been more than 90 days from the date of sale, customers must work with the original manufacturer for service, repair, and or replacement. All returns and repairs require an RMA number before they are sent in. Please send RMA requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Franklin Armory® generally ships RMA products back to the owner within 1 to 3 business days of repairs being completed.
Please be aware that some items may require an adult signature at time of delivery.
